We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and details may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or photography

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We accept payments via secure payment providers such as iDEAL, Klarna, PayPal, and credit/debit cards.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Philocalíst is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us via email within the 14-day period.

6. Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return:

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

- Tags must still be attached

- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

Certain items (such as underwear or hygiene-related products) cannot be returned for health reasons.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your order and place a new one

8. Liability

Philocalíst is not liable for any damage resulting from improper use of our products.

Our liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product in question.
